Graveside Service for Mrs. Wylene McInvale, 93, of Georgiana will be held at 2pm on Monday, March 21st, 2022 at Morrow School House Cemetery with Bro. Vernie Scott officiating. Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Wylene was born on December 31st, 1928. She was the daughter of the late Wilton and Essie Garner. She married the love of her life, James McInvale on Sept 29, 1950. They were married 35 years. They became proud parents of four children: Jana Joyner (Jimmy Wayne), twins Jerri and Sherri McInvale and son Phillip James McInvale (Recie). She is also survived by her grandchildren Stephanie Joyner Hitson (Jerrod), Meggan Joyner Nichols (Wesley), Ashley McInvale Rodgers (Gary), and Phillip Jerrod McInvale (Stacey); great grandchildren Skyler Nichols, Rylan Nichols, and Nathan Marta; sisters in law Frances Robinson and Doris McInvale; and several nieces and nephews and friends.

Wylene was an active member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Her favorite things were sewing and at 83 years old, she was on a ladder painting walls or putting wallpaper up. Anything she wanted to do, she did.

Her favorite Bible verse was 2 Corinthians 5:17:
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ,
He is a new creation
The old has passed away;
Behold, the new has come.
