Mr. Willie Wayne Ward, age 76, of Georgiana, Alabama died on Wednesday, August 28, 2024. Graveside services will be held at Brushy Creek Cemetery with Brother Randy Harvill officiating and Johnson Funeral Home directing.

Wayne is preceded in death by his parents, Willie Jim and Ola Lee Lowery Ward; brothers, Paul Ward, Bobby Ward; sister, Judy Ward Black; nephew, Dwight Ward. He is survived by his nephews, Matt (Alex Moore) Black, David Ward, Daniel Ward; niece, Leah (Trey) Black Coker.

Wayne honorably served his country for years and fought alongside of his comrades in Vietnam. He was an avid outdoors man who enjoyed hunting deer and turkey. Wayne will be deeply missed by those who knew him best.
