Viki Dean, 68, of Lexington, SC passed away on Thursday December 12th, 2019. Viki was born in Greenville, AL, November 9th, 1951. She graduated from Hollywood Hills High School in Hollywood, FL and then got her first job working in retail. She married in 1969 and had her only son Kenneth on January 2, 1970. She worked for several large retail companies over the next 40 years, becoming a regional manager with several store branches and employees. She was a hard-working and loving mother, daughter, and sister. She enjoyed days at the beach with her son and spending time with family and friends.
Viki is preceded in death by her Parents: Renford and Merle Dean, Brother: Lee Dean. Viki is survived by Son: Ken Oakes, Chapin, SC; Sister: Deborah Vermoral, Gainesville, FL: Brother: Steve Dean, Georgiana, AL. She is also survived by two Grandsons: Reid and Dean Oakes. A service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on February 22, 2020 at First Baptist Church of Georgiana, AL with Rev. Allen Stephenson officiating.
