Vera Lee Smith, 79, a resident of Greenville, Al passed away Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2013. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 21, 2013 from the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Joe Leverette officiating. Burial will follow in Providence Cemetery. Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her Husband, Roger R. Smith, Son, Danny Smith, and Parents, Dewey and Essie Norwwood. Survivors include: Daughter: Dianne (Wayne) Myrick, Greenville, Al; Sisters: Betty Sue Taylor, Greenville, Al, Marie Powell, Alex City, Al, Doris Sampley, Birmingham, Al; Brothers: Buddy Norwood, Greenville, Al, Albert Norwood and Bennie Norwood, both of Alex City, Al; Grand Children: Brandy (Stephen) Norris, Honoraville, Al, Lynn (Amber) Myrick, Foley, Al, and Glenn (Jamie) Myrick, Greenville, Al; Great Grand Children: Morgan Norris, Alynn Myrick, Albry Myrick, Alden Myrick, and Avery Myrick.
