Wilkinson, Melba Huggins, 89, of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida passed away Saturday, July 6, 2013 in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida.

Mrs. Wilkinson was a devoted Daughter, Wife, and Mother. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in McKenzie, Alabama. She loved her family and was very artistic.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her Husband, Retired Lt. Col. John Wilkinson, Jr., Ft. Walton Beach, Florida; Sons, Larry (Elaine) Huggins, Vernon, Alabama and Dwayne Huggins, Red Level, Alabama; one Sister, Chris Brewer, Ft. Meyers, Florida; Step Daughters, Sharyl Peluso, Leadsburg, Virginia, Linda Tamburello, Ft. Worth, Texas, Cathleen Richardson, Joshua, Texas, and Elizabeth Haynes, Canton, Connecticut; 13 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.

A Graveside Service will be held for Mrs. Wilkinson 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at South Butler Cemetery, McKenzie, Alabama with Rev. Alvin Blackburn officiating and Johnson Funeral Home, Georgiana, Alabama directing services.
