Mary Stinson Stallworth was born January 26, 1931 and died October 24, 2023 in Georgiana, Alabama. Her 40 year career was with the Departments of Finance and Education in Montgomery, Jasper and Selma. After retirement, she faithfully served as a volunteer at Stabler Hospital for 20 years.

Graveside Service will be Friday, October 27, 2023 at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery, Georgiana, Alabama at 2:00 p.m. with Brother Allen Stephenson officiating and Johnson Funeral Home directing.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Euriah and Ruby Stinson; brothers, Dick, Lester, and Preston; sister, Vidalue; husband, Sam Waldrop. She is survived by her husband, Edward Stallworth, Georgiana; niece, Diane Stinson Sellers, Daphne; nephew, Henry Stinson (Helen); stepdaughter, Holly Stallworth, Maryland; great nephew, Preston Stinson, Austin Texas; great niece, Catherine Stinson, Huntsville.
