Mary Betterton, 76, a resident of Georgiana, AL passed away Wednesday, July 4, 2018. A Celebration of Life Service will be 11 a.m. Friday, July 6, 2018 from the Johnson Funeral Chapel with Rev Randy Harvill officiating. Burial will follow in Mt Pisgah Cemetery. Johnson Funeral Home of Georgiana, AL directing arrangements. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Dewey and Minnie Boggan, husband, Revell Betterton, and son, Ken Betterton. Survivors include: Daughters: Pam (William) Farmer, Evergreen, AL and Sandy (Rusty) Foley, Georgiana, AL; Sons: Steve (Betty) Betterton and Shannon (Deborah) Betterton, both of Georgiana, AL; Sister: Margarette Raburn, Albany, GA; Brothers: David (Donna) Boggan, Greenville, AL and Rodney Boggan, Georgiana, AL. Mary is also survived by 7 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren. A Gathering of Family and Friends will be Friday from 10 a.m. until service time.
