Owens, Margaret Sanford, 74, a resident of Watauga, Texas and previously Mobile, Alabama passed away on Monday, August 26, 2013. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 31, 2013 at New Home Church with Rev. Clifton Morris officiating. Burial will follow at New Home Cemetery with Johnson Funeral Home, Georgiana, Alabama directing arrangements. The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 31, 2013 from 10 a.m. until service time. Ms. Owens is preceded in death by her Parents, Rufus and Ethel Sanford; Husbands, Wayne Sanford and Marvin Owens; Daughter, Cheryl Sanford; Son, Don Sanford; Brother, RJ Sanford; and Great Grandson, Austin Berry. Ms. Owens is survived by her Daughter, Sharon (James) Berry, Watauga, Texas; Sister, Ruby (Bill) Jackson, Satsuma, Alabama; Sister-In-Law, Frances Stokes, McKenzie, Alabama; Granddaughters, Christina Berry, Ft. Worth, Texas, Cheryl Strickland, Enterprise, Alabama, Dana Smith, North Carolina; Grandsons, James (Tisha) Berry, Jr., Aubrey, Texas, Robert (Jaime) Berry, Saginaw, Texas, and James Sanford, Dothan, Alabama; Family Friend, Carol Lyons, Keller, Texas; and 10 Great Grandchildren.
