Maiben Folmar, 68, a resident of McKenzie, Al., died Saturday, April 10, 2010 after an extended illness. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, April 11, 2010 from the New Home Baptist Church with Rev. Clifton Morris officiating. Burial will follow in church cemetery. Johnson Funeral Home of Georgiana, Al. directing. Mr. Folmar was preceded in death by his wife, JoAnn Folmar, Son: Floyde Folmar. and Daughter, Teresa Stinson. Survivors include: Daughters: Melessia (Van) Stinson, Georgiana, Al. and Sissy (Hollis) Stinson, Childersburgh, Al.; Sons: Kenith Folmar, McKenzie, Al. and Boyde (Sandra) Folmar, Evergreen, Al.; Sisters: Geraldine Thompson, Pensacola, Fla. and Oleta (Elvin) Smith, Georgiana, Al.; Brothers: Marvin (Opal) Folmar, McKenzie, Al., Melvin (Sue) Folmar, Georgiana, Al., and Maynard Folmar, Rutledge, Al.; 11 Grand Children 11 Great Grand Children.
