Luther Sherrill Holder, 92, a resident of Montgomery, AL passed away Friday, March 24, 2017 in a Montgomery Hospital. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Monday, March 27, 2017 from Brushey Creek Cemetery. Johnson Funeral Home of Georgiana, AL directing arrangements. Mr. Holder was preceded in death by his wife, Harriett L. Holder. Survivors include: Sons: Don Holder, Fayetteville, GA and Richard Holder, Montgomery, AL; Daughters: Ann Briggs, S.C. and Jane Knott, Prattville, AL. Mr. Holder also leaves behind 8 Grandchildren and a number of Great Grandchildren. A Gathering of Family and Friends will be Monday, March 27 from 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. at Johnson Funeral Home.
