Funeral Service for Mr. Lee C. McIntyre, 94, of McKenzie will be held at 11am on Saturday, February 27th, 2021 with James Fallin officiating. Burial will follow at Bushfield Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10-11am on Saturday at the funeral home. Mr. McIntyre passed away on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at his home.

He is survived by his daughters Carol Ann Browning (Steve) and Cynthia Fallin (James); daughter-in-law Christy McIntyre; grandchildren James "Jim" Lee Fallin, Grady Clinton Fallin (Shina), Brandi Slapkunas (Ray), Eric Hicks (Hope), and Casey Anderson (Drew); great grandchildren Maya Fallin, Aiden Hicks, Brenyn Hicks, and Grace Slapkunas; sister-in-law Era McIntyre; several nieces, nephews, and friends; and his australian shepherd "Bell".

He is preceded by his wife of 46 years, Alice Ring; son Thomas "Tommy" Lee McIntyre; siblings Grady McIntyre, Duncan McIntyre, Gary McIntyre, Emma Voncile Kirby, and J.T. McIntyre; and his parents John Thomas and Ada Lee McIntyre.

Pallbearers will be Jim and Grady Fallin, John D. McIntyre, Mike McIntyre, Eric Hicks, and Leray Berry.

Mr. McIntyre was a combat veteran from WWII where he was recognized as a sharpshooter. He worked for most of his life as a welder. He enjoyed fishing in the swamp and watching Alabama Football. He loved spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandchildren.
