Joyce Salter was a faithful member of the Mckenzie Baptist Church where she loved to serve the Lord and her church family. Her talent with the arts and crafts were limitless making quilts, girl's dresses and embroidering items, but her specialty was making uniquely beautiful Christmas ornaments. She was very supportive of her children and grandchildren's activities attending countless sporting events in her lifetime. She had a passion for Alabama football with AJ McCarron being her all-time favorite player. She was an outstanding cook of southern comfort food and was known for being mischievous and loving to joke and laugh. Other past times she enjoyed were Vince Gill concerts, eating at Olive Garden and shopping thrift stores. But most importantly, she loved spending time with family and friends.
Although she is gone, she will live on in our hearts forever.
