Joe Ed Salter, 78, a resident of Greenville, AL passed away Thursday, March 8, 2018. A Celebration of Life Service will be 3 p.m. Sunday, March 11, 2018 from the Johnson Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Mt Pleasant Cemetery. Johnson Funeral Home of Georgiana, AL directing arrangements. A Gathering of Family and Friends will be Saturday, Marc 10, 2018 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Survivors include: Daughters: Angie Lee, Greenville, AL, Sylvia Cartee and Daphne Coxwell, both of Pace, FL, Debra Shows and Rebecca Oikle, both of Georgiana, AL; Sons: Joe Salter, Greenville, AL and Jacob Salter, Foley, AL; Sisters: Glenda Burke, Equality, AL, Genese Mitchell, Brantley, AL, Deborah Coker, Greenville, AL, and Susan Reeder, Jacksonville, AL; Brothers: Paul Salter, David Salter, and Perry Salter, all of Greenville, AL.
