Joe Paul Majors, age 82 passed away on Thursday, August 4, 2022. Joe was born January 7, 1940.

Joe is survived by his wife, Ann Majors; son Michael Joe Majors (Pamela); brother Walter Bryant, sister Teresa Wilson, sister Martha Jean Croley, sister in law Maxine Waters, sister in law Susan Sandt (Dick); brother in law John Carter; grandson Justin Majors, grandson Zachary Majors and grandson Logan Majors; and numerous nieces and nephews

Joe was preceded in death by his brother Charles Majors; brother Billy Carl Majors; sister Bobbie Faye Beasley along with his parents Joe and Bena Majors.

A visitation for Joe will be held Sunday, August 7, 2022 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at Johnson Funeral Home, 218 Hwy 106 W, Georgiana, Alabama 36033. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 2:00 PM at Union Cemetery, 2676 Avant Rd, Georgiana, Alabama 36033.

Pallbearers will be Justin Majors, Zac Majors, Logan Majors, Dick Sandt, Winford Majors, and Wayne Majors
