Jerry Don Middleton, 73, of Georgiana, AL passed away on Monday, December 30, 2024. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 3, 2025, beginning at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Johnson Funeral Home with Brother Randy Harvill officiating. The family will receive friends for visitation one hour prior to service time.

He was a devoted husband, Dad, and Paw Paw who loved his wife and family. He enjoyed working around his farm, raising cattle, and all of the things associated with farm life. He was a man of principle and placed high value in his morals and ethics. Jerry was a hard working man and never hesitated to lend a helping hand to someone in need. He was employed in the forestry industry for over 40 years, with much of his time being spent in the woods and around forestry mills and logging operations.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Dianne Riley Middleton, his sons Jeremy (Heather) Middleton, Justin (Natalie) Middleton; his grandchildren, Mary Kathryn, Jaxdon, and Aubrey Middleton; his brother Jesse Middleton; and a number of nieces and nephews. Jerry is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Aubrey and Mary Ethel (Godwin) Middleton; his sister, Norvis (Middleton) Lowery; sister in law, Patricia (Wren) Middleton; and brother in law, Earl Lowery.
