Hazel Louise Scott, 91, a resident of Gantt, Al and formerly of McKenzie, Al passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2015. A Celebration of Life service will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 11, 2015 from the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Billy Watson and Rev. Doug Golden officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Johnson Funeral Home of Georgiana, Al directing arrangements. Mrs. Scott was preceded in death by her husband, S.L. Scott, Sr, Daughter and Son in Law: Ann and James Kidd, 4 sisters and 4 brothers, 2 Grand Children, and 1 Great Gran Child. Survivors include: Daughters: Edna Ruth (Joe) Sexton, Montgomery, Al, Betty Stephens, Gantt, Al, and Selena (Wayne) Barron, McKenie, Al; Sons: S.L. (Jane) Scott, Jr, McKenzie, Al, Richard (Rebecca) Scott, Auburn, Al, Paul Scott, Gantt, Al, Dewayne (Judy) Scott, Georgiana, Al, and Ron (Terry) Scott, Luverne, Al; 20 Grand Children, 46 Great Grand Children, 5 Great Great Grand Children.
