Graveside Service for Mr. Glen Williams, 86, of Spanish Fort will be held at Sweet Home Cemetery at 2pm on Saturday, September 25th with Brenda Williams and Dewayne Williams officiating. Mr. Williams passed away Monday in Fairhope.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Carolyn Campbell Williams; daughter Renee Jones; grandchildren Jennifer Halford (Ryan), Samantha Mercer (Braiden); great grandchildren Laine Mercer, Kimber Mercer, and Ava Halford; siblings Roy Williams, Melba Jerkins, Helen Sanders, Andy Williams (Marsha), Dusty Williams, Linda Brown (James), Craig Williams (Kelly), and Timmy Williams (Katrina); several nieces, nephews, and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Sam Edward and Alice Williams; sisters Christine Gomillion and Dora Thompson; and his granddaughter Anna Laura Jones.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Mr. Williams served in the United States Army for 2 years. He worked for Jeffrey Steel Company (METALS USA) for over 40 years. He was a family man who loved his wife and daughter very much. He enjoyed spending his free time fishing or with his family. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and will be missed.
