David Leon Taylor, 74, of Georgiana, Alabama passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at his home in Georgiana.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Becky Taylor, daughters, Michelle McInvale (Buster Scruggs), Christy McCann (Shelton McCann), Kelly Taylor (Todd Bethune), grandchildren, Ashley McInvale, Jessica McInvale, Hunter McCann (Auburn McCann), Brady McCann (Nicole Jones), David McCann, Taylor McCann (Abigail Matthews), and Chloe Till (Richard Till), great-grandchildren, Kaiden, Graisen and Huntslin MCCann, Hunter Hallford, and Emma and Cami Bethune, as well as fur babies, Gracie and Lacey.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery on CR 1 in Georgiana with Bro. Randy Harville officiating and Johnson Funeral Home directing.
