Dale Wayne Burkett, 53, a resident of Georgiana, AL passed away Monday, March 5, 2018. A Celebration of Life Service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 7, 2018 from the Johnson Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Providence Cemetery. Johnson Funeral Home of Georgiana, AL directing arrangements. Dale was preceded in death by his father, Woody Burkett and brother, Daryl Burkett. Survivors include: Mother: Lois Burkett, Georgiana, AL. Fiance: Rhonda Newman, Prattville, AL; Nephew: Kevin Burkett.
