Cumi Brannon Stuart passed away quietly at Troy Health and Rehabilitation May 18, 2012. Mrs Stuart was born September 6, 1918. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Rufus A. Stuart. Survivors include: Daughters, Shelby Stuart Brown, Troy, Al, and Sue Stuart Brannon, Montgomery, Al; Sons, Wayne (Barbara) Stuart, Deatsville, Al and Joseph (Jean) Stuart, Huntsville, Al; Grand Children, Thom Brannon, Montgomery, Al, Jonathan (Christy) Stuart, Wetumpka, Al, Richard (Stephanie) Brown, Tuscaloosa, Al, Mark (Katie) Stuart) Deatsville,Al; 8 Great Grand Children. Sisters, Juanita Carter, Greenville, Al, Sue McFerrin, Greenville, Al, and Evelyn Pride, Niceville, Fl. She was also preceded in death by brothers, Winfred Brannon and John Brannon. Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Sunday, May 20, 2012 from the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randy Sexton officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. Johnson Funeral Home of Georgiana,Al directing arrangements. The family expresses it's greatest gratitude to the employees of Troy Health and Rehabilitation and to the employees and volunteers of Hospice Advantage. In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests donations be made in honor of their mother to Hospice Advantage, 199 Hwy 231 North, Troy, Al. 36081 or to Calvary Baptist Church, P.O.
