BOOKER, Cora Wiggins, age 99, a resident of McKenzie, AL, passed away on Tuesday, April 3, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul E. Booker. She is survived one daughter, Joan B. Jones, McKenzie, AL; two sons and daughters-in-law, Edwin and Elizabeth Booker, of College Station, TX; Donald and Betty Booker, McKenzie, AL; one brother, Elton Wiggins, Mobile, AL; eight grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 7, 2012 at McKenzie Community of Christ Church with Elders Kenneth W. Jones and Dwight Vickery Officiating. The body will lie instate at the church one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
