Charles T. Burkett, 71, a resident of Evergreen, Al, died Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2011. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 25, 2011 from the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Griffin officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery with Johnson Funeral Home of Georgiana, Al. directing. Survivors include: Wife: Judy Burkett, Evergreen, Al; Daughters: Teresa Broughton, Range, Al, Traci Johnson, Atlanta, Ga, and Tammy Knight, Georgiana, Al; Son: Tim W. Burkett, Evergreen, Al; Brothers: Woody Burkett and Stanley Burkett, both of Georgiana, Al; 10 Grand Children 1 Great Grand Child. Visitation will be 6:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. Thursday, February 24,2011 at Johnson Funeral Chapel in Georgiana, Alabama.
