Carlon Ray Smith, 72, a resident of Lowndesboro, AL passed away Friday, Sept. 9, 2016. A Celebration of Life Service will be 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 11, 2016 from the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mark Raughton and Richard Shows officiating. Survivors include: Wife: Linda Smith, Lowndesboro; Sons: Greg Smith, Greenville, AL, Gary Smith, Auburn, AL, Tiger Smith, Lowndesboro, Todd Long and Brett Long, both of Greenville, AL; Daughters: Melanie Barganier, Birmingham, AL and Tawana Hollyhand, Greenville, AL; Sisters: Wilene Josey, Georgiana, AL, Voncile Lee, McKenzie, AL, and Ernestine Simmons, Red Level, AL; Brother: Aubrey Smith. Mr. Smith also leaves behind 11 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren. A Gathering of Family and Friends will be Sunday from 1:30 p.m. until service time.
