Billy McCartey, 68, a resident of McKenzie, Al passed away on Saturday, March 1, 2014. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday, March 3, 2014 from the Johnson Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ertis Lee officiating. Burial will follow in South Butler Cemetery. Johnson Funeral Home of Georgiana, Al directing arrangements. Billy was preceded in death by a son, William Wayne (PeeJoe) McCartey. Survivors include: Wife: Jean McCartey, McKenzie, Al; Sons: Stacey McCartey, McKenzie, Al, Russell McCartey, Columbiana, Al, Steven McCartey, Birmingham, Al, and Ronnie McCartey, McKenzie, Al; Sister: Juanita Becton, Mobile, Al. 2 Grand Children and 2 Great Grand Children.
