Survivors include: Wife: Ruby Spivey, Andalusia, Al; Daughters: Wanda Kay Ferwalt, Missouri and Peggy Sue French, Florida; Sons: David Michael Spivey, Miss, Kenneth Lee Spivey and Robert Dean Spivey, both of Alabama; Sister: Annice Jeanette Havens, Florida; 15 Grand Children and 6 Great Grand Children.
